Bundaberg Regional Council is currently undertaking construction works for the ANZAC Park Stage 1 Redevelopment project.
As part of these works, asphalt resurfacing work is required in sections of the carparking area.
The asphalt works are scheduled for Monday 11 August 2025, weather permitting, and will be completed during that
day.
During this time, the Quay Street Service Road, as highlighted in green and red on the below map, will be closed for portions of the day.
The area in green will be closed from approximately 5 am to 10 am.
Please note that access to the remainder of the car park west of the green area will also be unavailable during this time.
Access will be available to this area after 10 am.
The area in red will be closed from approximately 5 am to 2 pm.
Access to all car parking will be available after this time.
Traffic guidance signage and pedestrian information will be in place during the works period as required.

A separate road closure will occur on 18 and 19 of August 2025, weather permitting, for line marking.
During this time, the Quay Street Service Road, as highlighted in green and red on the below map, will be
closed for a portion of the days.
The area in green will be closed on Monday 18 August from approximately 5 am to 3 pm.
Please note that access to the remainder of the car park west of the green area will also be unavailable during this time.
The area in red will be closed on Tuesday 19 August from approximately 5 am to 3 pm.
Access to all car parking will be available after this time.
