Trilogy Care, are visiting local communities around Australia simplifying complex aged care policy and the process to accessing home care, independently at home.

You can join Trilogy Care for their free information session, “Take charge of your care”, at the Bundaberg RSL on Tuesday 26 August at 11 am.

What are the main activities attendees can look forward to?

Hear directly from aged care experts, ask your questions, and get tailored advice before the new rules take effect.

You’ll also connect with others in similar situations and leave with practical next steps.

At this session, Trilogy Care will cover:

  • How to make the most of your government funding
  • Understanding your provider’s role – and your choices
  • How to switch providers if your needs change
  • The “My Aged Care” process and applying for support
  • What the new Support at Home program means for you.

We’ll also hold a Q&A session so you can ask questions and get advice that’s right for you.

This session is ideal for:

  • People receiving or applying for a Home Care Package
  • Family members supporting a loved one at home
  • Anyone wanting to know more about the aged care or home care process.

Move Mobility Bundaberg will also be in attendance providing free advice on mobility aids and solutions.

How do you envision this event benefitting the local community?

Trilogy Care understands how important it is to stay in control of your care as you age.

As Australia’s aged care system evolves, they’re here to guide you every step of the way. With the new Support at Home program replacing Home Care Packages (HCP) from 1 November 2025, many Australians are unsure how these changes will affect their funding, services, and choices.

That’s where Trilogy Care can help.

How can community members get involved in the event?

By hosting local information sessions in your area, we want people to feel confident when accessing government-funded support to live well and stay independent at home.

We’d love for you to come along and bring someone who’s just getting started or curious about what support is available.

Bring a friend, family member, or neighbour who might benefit from understanding their home care options.

What is the history of this event?

The idea behind the Trilogy Care roadshow came into fruition from our clients feedback.

Their families were seeking simplified information in a digestible format on how to access home care and how to make the most from their government funding.

After a pilot event in 2024, the Trilogy Care roadshow has visited numerous communities along the Australian east-coast, Perth and Melbourne to date.

Is there anything else you’d like to share with the community about this event?

Trilogy Care are a self-managed Home Care Package provider supporting Australians to confidently coordinate their Home Care package (HCP) so you can continue living safely and comfortably at home.

We enable families with choice and control over their Home Care Package which means lower management fees and budget flexibility to assist with long-term care.
