Positivity post: helping others discover our region

For today’s positive post we are celebrating the community’s love for our environmental areas!

We love seeing our community engaging with us and helping others in the comment section.

In our recent explore natural areas post series, we’ve been sharing different locations from around our beautiful region.

So far, we’ve featured Buxton Foreshore Park, Russo Nature Park, Botanic Gardens and Innes Park Reserve.

Let’s check out some of the comments from these recent posts, starting with Russo Nature Park 🌳

“Beautiful showcase of the region’s biodiversity!”

“It’s a lovely spot. Excellent birdlife.”

“I’ve been wanting to do it for a while now thanks”

“We drove through the estate yesterday. We noticed there is now a parking lot and a toilet block at the park entrance. So depending on how long since you’ve tried, you may find it easier now 👍”

“When you enter the estate turn right at the T and follow that street all the way around to the end. Parking for the nature reserve. Follow signs.”

Our recent post highlighting Innes Park was also a favourite, with the community united in keeping that spot a secret.

“We stopped there for a picnic. Beautiful spot and very well patronised.”

Keep the positive vibes going
