Bundaberg Regional Council will be conducting unplanned maintenance works on Burnett Street, Bundaberg South as highlighted in yellow above.
Work is planned to commence 11 November 2026 and will be undertaken weekdays as daytime works. Weather permitting, work will be completed within approx. two weeks.
During works, Burnett Street will be closed. Detours and altered traffic conditions will have the appropriate signage to guide road and pathway users.
The Site Supervisor will liaise directly with affected residents to facilitate property access during works.
The Site Supervisor will also discuss where to place your wheelie bin prior to the day of collection if it conflicts with your refuse collection.
Bundaberg Regional Council is aware of the inconvenience construction work causes and thanks the community in advance for their patience and co-operation.
