The community are warmly welcomed to attend a free exhibition opening at Childers Art Space on Saturday 23 August.

‘Fauna and Flora Inspired’ features the work of artists from the Wide Bay Burnett Potters Association.

Responding to the natural world, the exhibition brings to life the beauty of nature through the artists skilfully made ceramic creations.

Wide Bay Burnett Potters Association was formed in the 1970s by a dedicated group of potters focused on promoting, supporting and encouraging the art of pottery in the Wide Bay region.

The free opening event is from 3 pm on Saturday 23 August, with no RSVP required.

‘Fauna and Flora Inspired’ will be on display at Childers Arts Space, 72 Churchill Street, Childers, from 21 August to 26 October.
