On December 25, all waste facilities will be closed except the Bundaberg Waste Management Facility on University Drive, which will operate from 7 am to 1 pm.
Normal operating hours apply for Boxing Day and New Year’s Day at the Bundaberg Waste Management Facility.
All other waste facilities are open during normal business hours outside of public holidays.
Bundaberg and Qunaba Tip Shops will be closed Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 December.
Residents attending a waste facility during the busy season are reminded to separate their loads before visiting waste facilities to ensure an efficient and smooth process.
Kerbside collection services will start earlier than normal on public holidays, with collection times varying between Christmas and New Year.
To avoid missed collections, residents should place their bins out the night before their usual collection day.
