Enjoy the best of Broadway as musical theatre extravaganza Broadway & Beyond comes to Bundaberg for the first time.
Taking to the Moncrieff Entertainment Centre stage for one night only on Saturday 15 November, the show spans a variety of genres including show tunes, rock anthems, party hits, jazz standards and timeless classics, performed by an eight-piece live band, vocalists and dancers.

Can you tell us more about Broadway & Beyond?
Featuring songs from Broadway’s biggest musicals along with top 40 hits performed by a live band, powerhouse vocalists and stunning dancers, Broadway & Beyond is a two-hour high energy live show of dazzling song and dance!
What can local audiences expect from the show?Â
Broadway & Beyond will include audience favourites from Wicked, Chicago, Les Misérables, Queen, Elton John, Moulin Rouge, Rock of Ages, Michael Bublé, Jersey Boys, The Rocky Horror Show, Dear Evan Hansen, Tom Jones and many more.
What are some of the show highlights?
Our full company numbers are spectacular, with all 21 of us on stage performing songs like The Time Warp (Rocky Horror Show), December 63 (Jersey Boys) and Everybody Needs Somebody to love (Blues Brothers). Other audience favourites are sing-along pop hits including Tiny Dancer (Elton John), Hey Jude (The Beatles) and Love Shack (The B52s), as well as musical showstoppers live Defying Gravity (Wicked), Come what may (Moulin Rouge) and Cell Block Tango (Chicago).
What are you looking forward to about your visit to the region?
This is the first time we’ve brought Broadway & Beyond to Bundaberg – many of our company members have played here a few (or many) times before though in different bands/acts.
Bundaberg, along with most regional Queensland centres is well known for its vibrant theatre-going scene, so we’re looking forward to performing to an enthusiastic crowd who will clap and sing along!
We’ve got a few Bundy Rum enthusiasts in our company, so a distillery experience tour might be on the cards on Sunday morning!
