Residents facing financial hardship due to the flood event are encouraged to visit Council’s website for information about hardship eligibility and a rates payment commitment.
Grants and Support for businesses and primary producers
Businesses and primary producers impacted by the recent flooding can access support through various State and Federal Government programs including Disaster Recovery Grants and low interest loans.

Immediate assistance available for impacted sport and racing clubs in Bundaberg
Grants of up to $5,000 at the ready through the Crisafulli Government’s Sport and Recreation Disaster Recovery Program to aid immediate clean-up efforts.
Additional relief available for racing participants through Racing Queensland’s Training Assistance Fund.
