Artists with a connection to the Bundaberg Region are invited to showcase their work in Bundaberg Regional Galleries’ annual regional survey exhibition, ‘HERE + NOW’.
Applications are open to emerging, mid-career and established artists who currently live and work in the region, as well as those with an enduring connection to the area.
Eligibility
- The artist must have a strong affiliation with the Bundaberg Region, either currently residing in the region, or have previously resided in the region.
- The artwork must have been created after 1 July 2025.
- All visual art forms are welcome, including 2 dimensional, 3 dimensional and digital works.
- Maximum artwork size 1.2 m x 1.2 m.
- Maximum artwork weight 15 kg.
- The artwork must be new and not have been previously displayed in an exhibition.
- One artwork submission per artist.
- Artwork must be available for the duration of the exhibition.
The final selection of artworks for ‘HERE + NOW’ is at the discretion of Bundaberg Regional Galleries and is based on the curatorial intent of the exhibition.
