Tickets are officially on sale for the all-new Bundaberg Outdoor Living & Caravan Expo, set to roll into the Bundaberg Recreational Precinct for three massive days next month.
An estimated 12,000 people are expected to attend the expo from 24 – 26 October, 2025, very best in caravans, camper trailers, boats, 4WDs, camping gear and more to be showcased with exclusive expo-only savings.
Beyond the huge display of products, visitors can look forward to a festival-style atmosphere with expert-led education sessions, live music and food trucks, making the event a must-attend for the whole family.
CEO of GTR Events Matt Hilton said the team were excited to launch the event in Bundaberg.
“We’re thrilled to bring the Bundaberg Outdoor Living & Caravan Expo to life,” he said.
“It’s more than just an expo – it’s an affordable, family-friendly experience that celebrates the outdoor lifestyle Bundaberg is famous for.
“With top brands, great entertainment and exclusive deals, it’s set to be the region’s largest caravan and camping expo.”
Hilton also highlighted the wider community benefits.

“This is evidenced by our partnership with Snowy River Bundaberg who have a new state-of-the-art showroom under construction in Kensington.
“Together, we hope to fast-track growth and tourism specific to the caravanning industry in the region.”
Bundaberg Regional Council’s Tourism, Airport and Information Technology portfolio spokesperson Councillor Steve Cooper said the expo was expected to bring significant tourism benefits to the region, enhance the local economy, and attract regional and interstate visitors.
“The event will not only bring new opportunities to the local tourism sector but will also highlight Bundaberg as a prime destination to live, work, play and invest,” he said.
“This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase Bundaberg to a wider audience and drive visitation to our region.”
