Food lovers are invited to gather by the river for two unique events that celebrate the flavours, stories and cultures that help shape the Bundaberg Region.
Beatz + Bites: Taste the Caribbean
Kicking off the festival program is a free, vibrant riverside celebration inspired by the flavours, rhythms and spirit of the Caribbean.
Guests can enjoy everything from Brazilian barbecue to jerk chicken tacos, with local produce taking centre stage in a menu of tropical and street food inspired dishes.
The Caribbean party continues with entertainment from internationally renowned DJ Pilo, creating the perfect way to begin ten tasty days of food, drink and celebration.

The following evening guests are invited to take a seat at an immersive long table dining experience where food becomes the storyteller.
The thoughtfully curated four-course menu draws inspiration from First Nations culture, Italian heritage, South Sea Islander traditions and Filipino flavours, inviting stories of resilience, innovation and community.
Set beneath twinkling lights beside the Burnett River, the evening will combine local produce and themed entertainment to create a memorable, shared dining experience celebrating culture, connection and local flavours.
