The End Game to help businesses stay relevant

The End Game workshop presenters
The workshop will be presented by The End Game CEO Adrian Nisbet and COO Lachie Smart.

Business consultants The End Game will bring to Bundaberg for the first time their proven approach to helping business founders, owners and senior leaders to stay relevant in a shifting environment.

The hands-on session, presented by Bundaberg Regional Council, The End Game and Telstra on Thursday 15 October, will explore how established businesses can remain competitive through cultural alignment, process simplification and technology fit-for-purpose decisions.

The End Game CEO Adrian Nisbet and COO Lachie Smart will guide participants through three critical conversations centred around people, processes and systems.

Lachie said the workshop was designed specifically for established family-owned and founder-led businesses looking to remain relevant and resilient for the future.

“For many established businesses, the next stage of growth requires a different operating model to the one that got them to where they are today,” Lachie said.

“Staying relevant isn’t about chasing every new trend.

“It’s about making sure your people, processes and systems are strong enough to adapt with the upcoming six years of growth in Queensland, and to develop a business that can endure beyond its founder.”

The practical, interactive approach will equip participants with tools and tangible next steps they can implement immediately.

By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the relevance framework: Why relevance matters and how people, processes and systems underpin scalability.
  • Assess cultural alignment: Evaluate if your existing culture and leadership approach serve your future vision.
  • Identify growth barriers: Spot habits and legacy processes that restrict agility and operational effectiveness.
  • Design fit-for-purpose systems: Differentiate between ‘big-system thinking’ vs. best-in-class tools suited to your business size and complexity.
