Taverner Research Group will be calling Bundaberg Region residents soon to take a community pulse check on satisfaction with Council services.
The Community Satisfaction Survey, being undertaken by the independent and experienced survey team, will see randomly selected Bundaberg Region residents contacted by phone (landline or mobile) between 9 November and 4 December 2026.
The random survey selection is designed to ensure it is statistically representative of the views of the community at large.
The Community Satisfaction Survey will provide valuable data for Council operations, asking residents to rate their satisfaction with a range of services from libraries, art galleries and parks to roads, waste management and water supply.
The short survey will take up no more than 15 minutes of time for those contacted.
Important things to note about the 2026 Community Satisfaction Survey:
• The independent researchers contacting residents on behalf of Bundaberg Regional Council will never ask for sensitive details like addresses or personal financial information.
• Survey responses are confidential. The information is collated and themed before being provided to Bundaberg Regional Council.
• The survey participants are randomly selected to represent the region’s demographics.
The Taverner Research Group survey team will contact residents from the number (07) 4138 7010. If this number is required to change throughout the survey process the details will be updated on Council’s website so that residents can confirm its validity.
The results of the 2026 Community Satisfaction Survey will be shared with the community when available.
