Bundaberg Regional Council has drafted an economic development strategy to guide Council’s actions to promote economic growth in our region over the next 10 years.
The Bundaberg Region Economic Development Strategy presents a vision for growing our region to ensure Bundaberg Region remains a liveable, vibrant and connected community with a thriving regional economy.
Built around three core principles of collaboration, facilitation and connection, the strategy will set the course for Council’s economic development actions and advocacy.
Throughout August, Council will host a series of community consultation sessions to hear community ideas, insights and feedback on the draft plan.
Residents, businesses and community organisations are also encouraged to share their views on the draft strategy through the online survey at www.ourbundabergregion.com.au/breds.
Completing the survey provides Council with valuable feedback to inform and further develop the strategy into a roadmap for a thriving decade ahead for our region.
