
Round two of Council’s free fitness program, Be Active Be Alive, kicks off Monday 13 October.
There is something for everyone, with exciting new activities including canoeing, BounceFit table tennis, and an introductory kite surfing class.
No registration is required for most classes, but some have limited spaces—check the program here to confirm.
Some information for those wanting to participate:
- Arrive at the class location 5-10 minutes before the scheduled class time to sign in.
- Bring a towel and/or exercise / yoga mat (particularly for yoga or pilates classes).
- Cotton glove inners for boxing classes are also encouraged as providers may have limited stock available.
- Pay the pool entry fee for any aqua aerobics’ classes.
- Follow the Be Active Bundy Region Facebook page for the latest program updates.
- Always follow the directions from class providers.
- Scan and complete the anonymous participant feedback QR code with your phone at the end of each class you attend.
