
‘All in‑clusive’ will be the theme for this year’s Diversity and Inclusion Forum.
Held on Wednesday 10 June, the event is hosted by Bundaberg Regional Council.
It welcomes people working or volunteering in community services, clubs, schools, early childhood education, businesses and anyone interested in strengthening inclusion across the region.
This year’s theme continues the spirit of Reconciliation Week and encourages the community to step forward together and support inclusive practice.
Forum topics
The program will cover key areas shaping inclusion locally and nationally, including:
- First Nations reconciliation and inclusion
- Local First Nations perspectives
- Welcoming Cities
- Domestic and Family Violence Prevention Council
- Accessibility and inclusive design in sport and activities
The forum will feature national, state and local leaders sharing insights, research and lived experience.
