Ashlin’s quick thinking saves struggling kayaker
While out on coastal maintenance duties last month Ashlin (Jacko) Chapman from Council's Parks team spotted a woman struggling in her kayak in rough seas. Thanks to Jacko’s quick thinking and sharp eye, a chain of events was set in motion that led to her safe rescue. Onya Jacko! 👏
